We are looking for a sales consultant with solid experience in the field of doors for our company Kuratle & Jaecker AG at the Basel or Füllinsdorf location. Sales Consultant Doors / Door Specialist 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Expert customer advice at the counter and by phone with a focus on doors
• Competent personal customer advice in the showroom around doors, frames, fittings and complementary product areas
• Receiving, clarifying and processing customer enquiries and orders in the door sector
• Project support from the offer to delivery including technical and organisational coordination
• Hub function between field service, customers and suppliers

• General administrative tasks in the internal sales team

Your profile

• Professional training in the wood processing industry or comparable specialised training
• Proven experience in the field of doors as well as good technical understanding of products, applications and customer needs
• Negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers
• High service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good PC skills, SAP and CRM advantageous
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
