You can contribute in this role

• Draft judgements in the field of asylum law
• Participate in the instruction of administrative law appeal procedures
• Research the situation in the countries of origin of the appellants

What makes you unique

• Completed law degree, bar admission, dissertation and/or LL.M. advantageous
• Professional experience in the judiciary, legal practice or public administration
• Strong analytical thinking skills, precise linguistic expression, high degree of independence and resilience
• Main and working language German, good knowledge of at least one other official language

The majority of its judgements are final, and only a minority of those that can be appealed to the Federal Supreme Court are further pursued.
