Your tasks

• Support and advice for our customers by telephone, e-mail and other channels
• Receiving and processing customer enquiries
• Finding suitable solutions for concerns and complaints
• Recording and processing customer orders and enquiries
• Cooperation with internal departments
• Maintaining customer data and documenting customer contacts
• Ensuring friendly and professional customer care

What you bring with you

• Very good German skills
• Very good French skills – absolutely essential
• Enjoyment in contact with people and communication
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented manner
• Good oral and written expression
• Reliable and independent working style
• Good PC user skills
• Motivation to learn new things
