Modern workplaces do not arise by themselves. As a System Engineer Modern Workplace, you ensure stable and secure client operations while simultaneously introducing new technologies into the company. You support the internal community around Microsoft Copilot and assist employees in their everyday use. This role combines technical craftsmanship with the joy of sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
You administer and operate modern client management solutions such as Intune and Endpoint Manager
You analyse and resolve faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Additionally, you participate in incident, change, and problem management
You support employees in working with AI assistants and organise exchange formats such as best practice rounds or Q&A sessions
You document solutions, maintain use cases, and act as the interface between business units and IT
Furthermore, you ensure stable operations and occasionally take on on-call duties
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training, EFZ or higher professional education
You have several years of experience in client management and operating workplace systems
You are very familiar with Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment
Furthermore, you have already worked with modern client management platforms
Experience in IT support as well as ITIL processes rounds off your profile
You are also enthusiastic about new technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and communicate confidently in German
