IT Manager
Your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for the IT team, IT governance, authorisation concepts, risk management, and further development of the IT strategy
- Ensuring IT operations with a focus on network and firewall management, identity and access management (Active Directory)
- Continuous optimisation of IT processes in incident, problem, and change management, including improving service quality
- Translating business requirements into clear priorities. Planning and controlling the IT budget, licence management, and investment planning, as well as evaluating offers and SLAs
- Leading and implementing projects, infrastructure modernisations, and migrations
- Collaboration with management and external partners
Your competencies:
- Completed tertiary education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience and at least 5 years of professional experience in IT system administration and IT infrastructure
- Experience in managing IT services and ensuring the service quality of external service providers
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments. Experience with ERP systems, cloud and IoT platforms, or with the transformation to digital services. Practical knowledge of VMware, FortiGate, Veeam, or PowerShell is an advantage
- Networked thinking. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in supervising and training apprentices is an advantage
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage for collaboration with partners and manufacturers
