• Because you confidently resolve error codes of all kinds in an agile, dynamic environment.
• Because you are the first point of contact for IT questions and technical faults.
• Because you handle service requests competently and efficiently, whether remotely or on site.
• Because you find installing PC workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices a meditative task.
• Because you actively support us in IT rollouts, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Because documenting your solutions and sharing knowledge when questions arise are not a tedious duty but a matter of course for you.

What are you especially good at?

• You are well acquainted, trained, and professional with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure/Entra ID.
• Basic network knowledge is present.
• You work independently, proactively, and organised.
• You bring experience in IT support (first and second level) as well as the necessary patience.
• You are trained in the ICT or media technology field.
• You master German (C1 level) and English (B level); French is a plus.
