Due to an internal change in leadership, we are looking for a service-oriented personality in the "Pension Fund Administration" area in Winterthur:

Team Leader Pension Fund Administration 80 - 100%

You have experience in the occupational pension scheme (BVG) sector and want to take the next professional step as a team leader? With us, you can contribute your expertise, lead a team, and further develop the administration of company pension funds together. You take on responsibility, actively shape processes, and make decisions. Whether you already have initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role with solid BVG experience, you are in the right place with us.

After a structured and individually tailored induction, you will take on the following tasks in a key position with direct influence on the further development of our organisation and services:

Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership (approx. 7 FTEs)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Independent operational management of mandates in pension fund administration
• Maintaining the high quality standard (ICS according to ISAE certification)
• Point of contact for complex specialist questions for internal and external contacts
• Participation in projects to further develop the department (onboarding of new clients and process optimisation)

Requirements

• You have solid BVG experience, especially in the administration of company pension funds
• You have pursued targeted further training in the field of occupational pensions
• Experience with Swiss Pension and Abacus is a strong advantage
• You are authentic, communicate clearly, and assert yourself with the necessary tact
• You take responsibility, act reliably, and find pragmatic solutions
• You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
