You can contribute to this role

• Support the specialised departments of the office with procurement law questions
• Support the specialised departments of the office in planning and managing legislative projects
• Assist lawyers in drafting appeal procedures and manage appeal procedures
• Process requests under the Public Access, Archive and Data Protection Acts
• Support the Legal Department in handling legal matters
• Conduct legal research (including preparation of legal literature, court decisions, etc.) and draft and design legal documents

What makes you unique

• Commercial training with additional qualification or university of applied sciences degree in the legal field (federally certified business lawyer FH, CAS Paralegal, DAS Paralegalism) or with additional training and specific knowledge in the legal field (business baccalaureate)
• Further training as a specialist in public procurement (federal qualification in public procurement IAöB) is an advantage
• Professional experience as a paralegal or at a law firm, public prosecutor's office or court
• Open, communicative and committed personality with initiative and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of administrative and parliamentary processes
• Active knowledge of a second official language

You provide legal assistance services to support lawyers, especially in the areas of procurement, legislation, case management and the principle of public access.
