About the job

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of our international product portfolio for process sensors throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• You unlock new growth opportunities by translating customer needs, market trends and technological developments into successful product strategies and solutions.
• You lead, inspire and develop your product management team in Switzerland and Denmark, creating an environment where collaboration, innovation and performance can thrive.
• You drive product innovations from idea to market success and work closely with development, sales, operations and business unit management.

• You have a technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or physics) as well as extensive experience in product management of technical industrial goods.
• You bring several years of experience in process sensors, measurement technology, automation or industrial sensors and understand the requirements of international markets.
• You convince with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with a strong customer and market orientation as well as data-driven decisions.
• You are a strong leadership, confident communicator with high initiative, assertiveness and very good German and English skills.
