What is my role?

Our client is looking for a technical clerk for a central interface position between sales, engineering and customers. You are the beating heart of order processing – from the initial request for quotation to the successful project completion, you manage the entire process. You skilfully juggle between German and French, orchestrate appointments and details with precision, build valuable business relationships and always keep an eye on incoming payments. You actively shape the operation, represent the company at various events as a brand ambassador and are the competent contact person for diverse administrative and customer-oriented challenges – no two days are the same!

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring a commercial basic education – a technical background is your ace up your sleeve. You communicate confidently in German, French and English, both spoken and written (Italian is the icing on the cake). Your strengths: pronounced organisational talent, an upbeat and resilient personality as well as genuine passion for customer contact. You work independently, in a structured manner and are a team player with a technical flair. Ideally, you are between 25 and 50 years old and ready to take responsibility and drive things forward.
