In order to continue developing our activities and to serve and support the users of our application tipee on a daily basis, we are currently looking for a:

Customer Success Manager FR-DE (60%-100%)

Your day at tipee:

• You ensure the implementation, mostly remotely (videoconference), of our tipee solution with our clients in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland

• You train the various users

• You respond to their questions and needs by email or phone

• You share your experiences with your colleagues in the Customer Success team

You have...

• a perfect command of Swiss German (or German)

• a reputation for being an open, lively person who enjoys contact

• good listening skills and a resourceful mind

• a good team spirit and the ability to work independently

• some, quite a bit or even a lot of experience in the HR field

• an interest in the SME world

• ease with the world of technology

• a desire to work as a team to serve our clients
