The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric institution Privatklinik Meiringen, the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg, the Helsenberg Foundation with residential homes and sheltered workplaces, as well as the Haslital laundry and the Haslital daycare centre, along with service offerings in other areas. It employs around 800 staff members at the locations Willigen, Meiringen, Hasliberg, Ringgenberg, Interlaken, Thun and Bern.

The personnel service deals with the human resources of all companies within the Michel Group as well as their needs and development processes. It supports the companies in achieving corporate goals through effective personnel management and is committed to long-term success.

The HR consultancy acts as a business partner to the management and executives. It advises on personnel planning, recruitment, uncertainties or conflicts, occupational health management, or personnel separation. The HR consultancy monitors compliance with labour law frameworks and ensures that all personnel-related measures comply with legal requirements. It supports managers in making legally secure decisions.

Your tasks

• Advising supervisors and members of the management
• Supporting and assisting employees
• Advising and supporting supervisors in recruitment: job postings, applicant management, reviewing applicant dossiers and interacting with applicants
• Processing and control tasks for new hires, employment changes and personnel exits in close cooperation with the HR Service Centre
• Preparing calculations for salary determination
• Supporting the HR management in implementing salary rounds and other personnel measures
• Supporting line managers in developing job descriptions and work references
• Conducting conflict discussions with employees and supervisors
• Advising and supporting in cases of illness
• Assisting with personnel planning and monitoring personnel resources
• Helping with payroll processing and controlling salary runs
• Controlling and reporting tasks

Our expectations

• Commercial training; further education in the personnel field (HR specialist certificate)
• Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in healthcare
• Confident use of MS Office; advanced knowledge of personnel information systems (ideally Business Central); knowledge of Polypoint PEP is an advantage
• Open, humorous, resilient and reliable personality
• Strategic foresight and in-depth understanding of the business areas as well as their supervisors and employees
• Enjoyment in contact with employees at all hierarchical levels
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and independent work
• Numerical flair and analytical skills
