Site Manager Santé (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational responsibility for support services in a client mandate in healthcare (qualitative, financial and personnel)
• Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of approx. 20-25 employees
• Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
• Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
• Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
• Planning, organisation, coordination, monitoring and optimisation of all workflows
• Independent recruitment of new staff
• Management of material, machine and equipment orders
• Administrative tasks including budget responsibility

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management
• Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
• Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation and independence
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Very good MS Office user skills
