Type of Work

In this role, you will be versatile in advising, supporting, and coaching line managers on all HR leadership topics (responsible for approx. 150 employees). As part of a friendly, dynamic HR team, you are the competent contact person for your departments/managers on all personnel matters. You accompany/support your employees, are involved in recruitment, and work closely with your colleagues in personnel administration and payroll. Furthermore, you take on exciting tasks in personnel development (training/career planning) and participate in various HR projects or take on their management. Contributing to the optimisation of internal HR processes also makes your role exciting and varied. Requirements Profile

To master this interesting challenge optimally, you have completed training as an HR specialist and already have several years of professional experience in a versatile and independent HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Manager) with your own area of responsibility. Professional experience from a similar sector (banks, financial industry, insurance, etc.) is an advantage but not a requirement. In addition to expertise in various HR fields (recruiting, C&B, PE, etc.), you can already draw on practical experience in project management. You communicate confidently in German, well in English, and have good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus). If you are also a networked-thinking, open, and communicative personality who does not lose their head or a good sense of humour even in hectic times, you should apply as soon as possible. This position is also very suitable for younger HR specialists with a few years of practice as an HRBP who want to develop further in this role.
