Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for the introduction, further development and operation of Microsoft AI, Copilot and automation solutions
Design and implementation of modern AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services
Development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and AI agents to digitalise and optimise business processes
Support and further development of the Microsoft 365 tenant environment including security, compliance and governance
Consulting the departments on AI use cases as well as evaluating new Microsoft cloud and generative AI technologies
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree or comparable higher technical education
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Copilot
Solid knowledge in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering
Experience with AI agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, API integrations and cloud services
Know-how in Microsoft tenant management, AI governance, security and compliance; analytical and solution-oriented working style
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
