YOUR MAIN TASKS

• System administration & support: First-level support for employees on hardware and software issues as well as management of user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, cloud services, Google Workspace) in close collaboration with your team colleague.
• Network & infrastructure: Monitoring, maintenance and optimisation of the IT infrastructure, server and network systems in cooperation with external IT partners.
• Procurement & life-cycle management: Evaluation, procurement, setup and rollout of hardware (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) as well as licence management.
• Security & training: Raising employee awareness in the area of IT security as well as induction of new employees into the systems.
• Projects & collaboration: Participation in IT projects as well as promotion and optimisation of digital collaboration with Google Workspace.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education & experience: Completed basic training as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ with at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
• Expertise: Sound knowledge in the support area (client/server architectures, Windows) and preferably experience with Google Workspace and network basics.
• Further training: Enjoyment of continuous further training (e.g. started/planned further training federal certificate ICT Platform Development Specialist).
• Working method & soft skills: Service-oriented, solution-focused and independent personality with strong communication skills and a cool head in hectic situations.
