ICT Rollout Supporter Senior 100% (m/f/d) - Rollout | Client Staging | Mobile Devices | Thin Clients

For a rollout project in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced ICT Supporter Senior (m/f/d) with experience in client rollouts, device configuration, and on-site support.
In this role, you will support the physical exchange of around 1,000 thin clients and 2,000 mobile devices. The focus is on clean planning, customer-oriented communication, installation and commissioning of the devices, as well as structured documentation and return of old devices.

Tasks:
• Support during rollout and physical exchange of thin clients and mobile devices
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of clients on site
• Client staging and preparation of devices for productive use
• Coordination, communication, and planning of rollout activities
• Brief instruction of users or reference to training materials
• Structured return and management of old devices
• Inventory maintenance and documentation of device changes
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting within the scope of the rollout
• Appropriate escalation to responsible specialist departments
• Independent work organisation and customer-oriented communication

Experience:
• Several years of experience as ICT Supporter, Rollout Supporter, or Field Supporter
• Experience in conducting or coordinating computer, client, or mobile device rollouts
• Knowledge in client staging and device configuration
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and exchange of end devices on site
• Experience in inventory maintenance, documentation, and return of old devices
• Good skills in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented communication and confident appearance towards users
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement rollout tasks cleanly
