What is my role?

• Actively identify and recruit specialists

• Use LinkedIn, personal networks and other channels for active sourcing

• Build a sustainable network of potential candidates

• Develop authentic and effective approaches for target groups

• Accompany candidates from first contact to joining

• Support managers and employees with selected HR topics

• Depending on experience and workload, take on further operational HR tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic

• Many years of experience as a personnel consultant or further training as an HR assistant

• Communicative, down-to-earth and reliable

• Strong character with healthy assertiveness

• Persistent and solution-oriented, even in demanding situations

• Open, positive and enthusiastic in dealing with people

• Strong sense of which talents fit professionally and personally

• Ability to build personal relationships and create trust

• Understanding of CNC mechanics, micro-precision technology or comparable industry
