Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You operate, monitor and configure applications such as Finnova, mammut LION and in-house developments
You take on the 1st and 2nd level support for incidents and change requests
You clarify requirements with managers, end users and external providers and coordinate improvements and automations
You conduct tests and ensure the correct functioning of the applications
You conduct user training, prioritise business requirements and participate in projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education in the financial sector as well as further training in business informatics, finance or business administration
You bring several years of experience in application management. Knowledge in business analysis and Finnova is an advantage
You work analytically, conceptually and structured and have a quick grasp
You are reliable, quality-conscious, self-responsible and team-oriented and find solution-oriented approaches
You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
