To strengthen the management team of our client - a publicly listed company in financial services with several locations in Switzerland - we are looking for an experienced and committed Head of HR.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with senior management.
- Operational responsibility for all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel development, and offboarding.
- Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters.
- Promoting a positive corporate culture and employee retention.
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal policies.
- Analysing and optimising existing HR processes and systems.
- Leading and developing the HR team.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resource management.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in financial services, fiduciary, real estate, or similar environments.
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and modern HR methods.
- Strong strategic and operational skills as well as a solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is an advantage.
- High social competence and empathy, strong communication skills, confident appearance at all hierarchical levels, team player, loyalty, assertiveness, etc.
