Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of 8 employees
• Ensuring timely, high-quality order processing
• Responsible for compliance with quality standards, safety and environmental regulations
• Optimisation of existing workflows and processes as well as implementation of lean principles
• Active participation in daily operational business
• Support in projects

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role
• Completed technical basic training
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Structured and solution-oriented working style, team player with a hands-on mentality
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
