BRAND CONTENT DESIGNER*IN 60-80%
The Brand Content Designer produces the visual material Götti Switzerland needs across its digital channels and
its trade communication. The role covers moving image, product photography and digital asset production, and it
carries the visual quality of everything Götti publishes online.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio and product photography
– Produce product photography for the full collection: wholesale imagery, cut-outs, colourways and detail shots
– Run the in-house studio: lighting setups, tethered capture, consistent look across a collection
– Deliver retouched, cut-out and correctly named files ready for catalogue, e-commerce and partner use
– Produce seasonal collection imagery for buyers and retailers
– Create retailer-ready product assets for new launches
Moving image and social video
– Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and paid social — platform-native, produced quickly
and with minimal setup, including spontaneous content from studio, showroom, production and events
– Produce simple animations and motion graphics: text and logo animations, animated product details, animated
banners and social assets
– Produce educational and training content for consumers and retail staff
– Coordinate external video production partners for productions beyond in-house scope — briefing, schedule,
on-set attendance, review — together with the PR & Digital Marketing Specialist and the Head of Marketing,
and cut the delivered material into channel-specific packages
– Create channel-specific social content from campaign shoots in line with the approved activation plan
Digital asset production
– Produce website banners, promotional assets and campaign adaptations
– Create email and CRM visuals
– Produce paid social advertising variations in the required formats
– Adapt master campaign material into retailer-specific formats and sizes
– Produce retailer social media content packs and co-branded material for retail partners
– Produce visual assets for POS and in-store campaigns, trade shows and showrooms, delivered digitally
and handed to the Graphic Designer for print production
– Repurpose approved campaign assets across digital formats and channels
Visual standards and template system / Brand Bible
– Apply the approved visual direction for typography, graphic design, photography and moving image
– Produce practical reference material that demonstrates the approved standard rather than describing it
– Contribute to the Brand Bible under the direction of the Head of Marketing: supply reference material, and design
and lay out the document
– Build and maintain the digital template system that carries the approved standard into daily work
– Keep ongoing visual output consistent with the approved standard and escalate questions of interpretation to the
Head of Marketing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A strong visual point of view and a good eye for image language, composition and aesthetics
- Production and presentation of visual content using various media
- A good understanding of how content needs to adapt to different channels, audiences and formatsAn interest in developing a visual language, not simply following oneAn interest in design, fashion, lifestyle and the world of eyewear
REQUIREMENTS
- Education or degree in graphic design, visual communication or a comparable field
- Professional experience in visual content production, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, design
- Experience in graphic design, layout, and typography, and their application across various media
- Strong knowledge of relevant photography and video tools for shooting, retouching and editing
- A strong eye for design, typography, image composition and visual detail
- Fluent in German and English
