Your tasks

• Deliver payment orders and bankruptcy warnings as well as execute seizures, combined with on-site security measures
• Decide on the seizureability / non-seizureability of movable and immovable assets as well as claims and issue legal orders
• Monitor incoming payments
• Serve customers at the counter, on the phone and on site (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
• Independent organisation in the area of seizures and related administrative tasks

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Ability to perceive customers in their thoughts and feelings while maintaining one’s own action and negotiation competence
• Excellent German skills (C2), good spoken French and/or English advantageous
• Independent and responsible personality with organisational talent
• Confident manner and good assertiveness
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
• Driving licence B and own vehicle for field service
