To strengthen our KV workshop team, we are looking for a personality who wants to support young people, strengthen potentials and make a sustainable contribution to professional integration.

What you achieve

• Professional guidance and support of participants
• Work-educational promotion and professional integration
• Coordination and execution of commercial customer orders
• Design and further development of learning content
• Collaboration in organisation, quality assurance and process optimisation

What you bring

• Training in the commercial field (at least EFZ diploma)
• Further training in work education with certification
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• High social competence and empathy
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Advantageous

• Certificate/experience as a vocational trainer
• ABACUS knowledge
• English and/or French skills
