What you achieve

• You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations and internal security guidelines and ensure their compliance.
• You recognise risks, weaknesses and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures.
• You analyse accidents and contribute to the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures.
• You organise and coordinate the SHE area in your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines.
• You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics and cleaning as well as with authorities and external partners.
• You make an important contribution to the safety of people and assets and support the development of a lived security culture.

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: You have completed further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, as a technician HF or a comparable technical or process-oriented training.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you have training as a fire protection officer. You bring experience in the field of security, ideally in the food industry or in a logistics environment.
• You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities and external partners and have confident German language skills in spoken and written form (C1).
• You know operational processes from practice, quickly recognise connections and want to specifically apply your knowledge in occupational safety and health protection - prior knowledge in the ASGS area is not required for this.
• You bring a high sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of thinking.
• You enjoy approaching people, can explain matters clearly and appear confident at all hierarchical levels.
• Ideally, you have sound knowledge of security standards, risk prevention and emergency procedures. These are advantageous but not mandatory.
• You act calmly, professionally and decisively even in challenging or stressful situations.
