Responsibilities:
- Kubernetes multi-cluster environment: You are responsible for building and operating a highly available Kubernetes-based multi-cluster environment to provide a scalable infrastructure
- Process automation: You automate build pipelines, deployments, testing, and monitoring in container technologies to ensure an efficient on-premise data centre environment
- Availability and performance: You ensure that the container infrastructure remains stable, secure, and high-performing at all times to support continuous software delivery
- Developer experience: You provide software development teams with an excellent developer experience by supplying tools and processes that facilitate and accelerate their work
Qualifications:
- Technical skills: You are comfortable with Linux and using CLIs and have basic experience in software development (e.g. NodeJS, Python, Java)
- Container technologies: You bring extensive experience in using container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- CI/CD & Infrastructure-as-Code: You have solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible and/or Crossplane
- Git and GitOps: You are familiar with Git and GitOps and use these technologies to manage infrastructure and code
- Additional qualifications: You also have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
