Marketer (m/f/d)
Opfikon | Bern, 80-100 %

This is what you will do:

• You independently carry out marketing mandates from the portfolio, in basic as well as additional assignments (vacancy and re-letting of office, retail and commercial spaces as well as apartments)
• Proactive identification of future vacancies using vacancy reports
• Development of marketing concepts and strategies (market and rent analysis, target group definition, marketing measures)
• Various marketing measures, such as managing websites, social media advertising and video marketing, are planned and implemented by you
• You prepare reports for the managed properties and proactively inform our customers (owners)
• You independently conduct individual viewing appointments for interested parties, combined with targeted and service-oriented advice, and conduct contract negotiations up to and including the conclusion of the lease agreement
• Issuing orders to craftsmen for renovation work and supervising it
• You prepare feasibility studies together with architects
• Preparation of sales documents / support in preparing sales contracts and easement agreements as well as leaseback agreements according to template
• Searching for rental spaces for large customers

This is why you will succeed:

• You have completed commercial training with further education as a real estate marketer or manager with a federal diploma
• You bring several years of experience in the marketing of apartments/commercial properties or marketing
• You know the Swiss real estate market well and keep up to date with current developments
• You have a strong flair for creativity and an understanding of marketing – you also like to use innovative and new (digital) approaches
• Construction technical knowledge is an advantage
• You work independently and solution-oriented
• Your language skills in German and French are fluent in spoken and written form
• Entrepreneurial thinking comes easily to you
