Sales Consultant (m/f/d) with a Technical Flair

Your impact as a Sales Consultant:

• You advise customers on purchases of hardware and software, services, and sell products from Apple and other selected manufacturers.
• You know the products and are technically proficient, explaining their features to customers.
• You act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, receive defective devices, perform an initial problem analysis, and hand out a replacement or new device.

• Completed sales apprenticeship, professional experience an advantage
• Good technical and IT fundamentals
• Strong affinity for Apple products

• German: native speaker or excellent knowledge
