To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified individual for the position

PROPERTY MANAGER with Federal Certificate (m/f/d) with a workload of 80 - 100 %.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio (rental and condominium ownership) together with an assistant.
• Preparation of rental contracts and conducting apartment inspections and handovers.
• Support for tenants, owners and craftsmen.
• Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and renovation work.
• Preparation of budgets and condition reports.
• Regular property inspections and ensuring the preservation of the value of the properties.
• Conducting meetings and writing the minutes.

Your profile

• Completed further training as a property manager (m/f/d) with a federal certificate.
• Several years of professional experience in property management.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Immotop 2.
• Driving licence and own car.
