About the job

Your all-round role:

• You strengthen our crew in their various roles and our circle organisation as a whole with your HR toolkit – creating conditions that promote self-efficacy and healthy performance.
• You are responsible for our HR processes – from recruitment and integration through development and health to offboarding – and ensure lean, reliable personnel administration, excluding payroll processing and personnel cost planning.
• You act as a sparring partner, coach and mentor for crew members, pilots, circles and owners – on personnel, organisational and labour law issues as well as development, change and tensions, and develop sustainable solutions together with those involved.
• You think ahead, recognise what is needed all-round tomorrow and translate strategic goals into practical structures, processes and solutions.

• You are an open, approachable and appreciative personality with a growth mindset, proactive, work independently and make considered decisions even in difficult situations.
• You think systemically, recognise connections and want to use your HR expertise to have an impact on people, roles and organisation.
• You stand for pragmatic, effective HR – as much as necessary, as little as possible – and find solutions that work in everyday life and create real added value.
• You are an experienced HR generalist, ideally from an SME, with solid HR training and coaching skills and communicate and moderate confidently.
