Who are we?
We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of opportunities for living and working. These include around 170 residential places from intensive living to supported living as well as diverse work and day offers in different areas of activity. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed, and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.
Our two-person ICT team is looking for reinforcement through a newly created position. We are open to both permanent employment and students who wish to combine their studies with a medium-term part-time job.

What you can achieve
- User support and helpdesk for Windows, Microsoft Office, specialised applications etc.
- Installation and setup of workstations as well as hardware support and repairs of PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral devices
- User administration in Microsoft systems (Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365)
- Documentation of ICT systems as well as creation of instructions for users
What distinguishes you
- Technical training or comparable qualification
- Initial knowledge and practical experience in the ICT field
- Enjoyment of technology and pragmatically solving technical challenges
- Appreciative and service-oriented manner in contact with different professional groups and users
