At our headquarters in Lupfig AG, we are looking for an

ICT Business Administrator (80 - 100 %)

In this role, you are the central interface between the business, IT provider, and corporate IT – ensuring that our employees can work efficiently and reliably. You are the contact person for our employees at our locations in Lupfig and Matran and handle support requests at 1st and 2nd level. Your responsibilities also include new installations, software updates, and participation in internal IT projects where you can actively contribute your know-how. Your responsibilities with us

• You support the administration of our local IT infrastructure together with our IT provider and our parent company
• You take over client support within the centrally administered Microsoft environment
• 1st and 2nd level support for our employees in Lupfig and Matran are your responsibility
• You carry out new installations and software updates at the client level
• You contribute to IT projects and coordinate internal and external partners

Your profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ or have professional experience in a similar role
• Your expertise in Microsoft M365 is one of your great strengths
• You already have experience or interest in Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• You enjoy working with users and have a solution-oriented mindset
