Our IT landscape is continuously growing and with the upcoming introduction of our new ordering system, our need for IT support is also increasing. As a complement to our IT project management, we are looking for a committed individual who will manage our central systems in daily operations and share responsibility for our internal support. The start date is 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks include

• Maintenance, care and documentation of our new ordering system, the central tool for cash register, webshop, driver application and self-order terminals, etc.
• Responding to enquiries (1st & 2nd level) regarding our ordering system, including 2nd level on-call service (in rotation with our IT Support Lead) in the evenings and at weekends
• Co-design and further development of our internal IT support
• Supportive collaboration on internal IT projects

What you bring

• Completed vocational training – professional experience in IT/support area is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users and solving everyday problems
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Careful, structured and independent working style
• Good knowledge of modern Microsoft environments is an advantage
• Communication in German (fluent) and English; French and Italian are an advantage
