Your responsibilities
- Administrative and organisational support of the executive management, especially the CEO
- Coordination and organisation of appointments, meetings and business trips; preparation, organisation and follow-up of executive and board meetings (including minute-taking)
- Creation and preparation of presentations, documents and correspondence
- Coordination of projects, pending tasks and deadlines
- Processing and coordination of enquiries as well as interface to internal and external contacts
- Ensuring a professional flow of information within the executive management and to the relevant areas in the company
What makes you successful
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
- Further training as an executive assistant with a federal diploma or Executive Assistant
- Confident German and good English skills, additional languages (especially French) are an advantage
- Confident handling of all MS Office products
- High discretion, independence and organisational strength
- Assertiveness and professional appearance
- Structured, precise and resilient personality
