Customer Service SVM (All) (80-100%)

What to expect:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone and competently advise and support them by phone or email
• Your main focus is on the Abacus application SVM (Service and Contract Management)
• You solve challenges by finding pragmatic and tailored solutions
• Together as a team, you ensure professional 1st and 2nd level support
• You test new software versions and service packs to ensure the quality of our solutions
• You create helpful instructions and documentation that make everyday life easier for our customers
• With an open ear for customer wishes, you actively contribute to the further development of our products by passing feedback on to the product managers

What distinguishes you:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or technical construction training with comparable professional experience in customer service
• You have very good knowledge of Abacus software, especially the SVM programme
• You have advanced IT knowledge as well as know-how in the construction industry
• You are a patient, friendly, and communicative person and can explain complex matters clearly and understandably
• Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are no obstacle for you
