Application Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Consulting and support of internal and external customers on technical IT matters
Administration and support of various business applications, including DWH, intranet/extranet, Jira and Confluence
Handling of incidents and requests in 1st and 2nd level support for customer systems and platforms
Coordination of release tests as well as active participation in technical IT projects and customer concerns
Support in customer administration and order processing as well as coordination with external partners
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or several years of experience in IT support / service desk
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment as well as experience with browsers, proxies, firewalls and IT security
Experience in application support and technical support of IT platforms
Strong IT affinity, technical interest and enjoyment in customer consulting
Very good German language skills as well as a committed, independent and service-oriented working style
