Team Leader HR (m/f/d)
In this role, you will report directly to our CHRO.
The Swiss Helicopter Group comprises various operational companies in the service sector, active nationally and internationally. With 21 locations, we operate throughout Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and Europe. The group employs around 250 staff in a variety of roles. As the largest private employer in commercial helicopter aviation, the Swiss Helicopter Group operates over 40 helicopters. The group includes the subsidiaries Swiss Helicopter AG, Heliswiss International AG, Eliticino-Tarmac SA, Europavia (Suisse) SA, Swiss Helicopter Maintenance AG, TUAG Triebwerk Unterhalt AG, and Swiss Helicopter Engineering AG.

Your areas of responsibility
- Handling operational personnel matters
- Leadership and development of the HR team
- Competent advice to managers and HR Business Partners on all labour and employment law issues
- Management of cross-company HR projects
- Harmonisation and digitalisation of the HR Operations area
Your experience and skills
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR as well as in managing HR projects and team leadership
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
- Independent, detail-oriented working style with high quality and sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
