To complete our team, we are looking from February 2027 or by arrangement for our location in Davos for a

Head of Training (60 - 100%)
(for vocational basic training in hotel and catering)

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting apprentices at the workplace (hotel) in all hospitality areas, with an affinity for hotel housekeeping
• Support in practical and theoretical areas
• Overall planning of the training
• Administrative tasks and coordination with the management staff of the hotels
• Collaboration with the socio-pedagogical residential area

You bring with you:

• A corresponding completed training with versatile professional experience
• Additional expertise in other areas of gastronomy/hotellerie
• With your patient and responsible manner and your experience, you can challenge, consistently support and advance the apprentices
• Ideally, you have completed hotel management school
