To strengthen our team in Trimbach, we are looking for a

Technical Clerk Service Centre D/F 80-100%

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Consultation and support of service customers from German-speaking Switzerland and Romandy
• Receipt and processing of customer enquiries regarding service matters
• Clarifications on technical and commercial questions
• Collaboration with internal departments as well as support of technicians in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandy
• Administrative handling of service orders from quotation to billing
• Maintenance of customer master data

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, preferably in building technology
• Commercial professional experience or further training with completed commercial education
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and French is essential
• Good MS Office skills, experience with SAP is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Enjoyment of daily contact with customers and service technicians
• Team-oriented, independent and reliable working style
