The Olten-Gösgen Office provides services for the entire district in the areas of debt enforcement, inheritance, and land registry offices. For the Debt Enforcement Office we are looking for a Clerk for Seizures, 100% at the Olten location from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities
- You independently carry out all activities of the Debt Enforcement Office.
- You serve debt enforcement documents, execute seizures and arrests.
- Your duties also include processing retentions, official safekeeping, as well as the realisation of movable items and real estate.
- You handle customer enquiries on all debt enforcement law topics.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship qualification (at least E-profile), good IT skills, and already bring experience in debt enforcement law. Further training in debt enforcement law (e.g. professional certificate) or willingness to undertake such training is an advantage.
- As an independent, responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality, you bring above-average organisational talent as well as the ability to think holistically.
- A confident manner and good assertiveness complete your profile.
- You hold a valid driving licence (category B).
