Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and take care of its ongoing maintenance
You are involved in the development of new IT services, from concept to productive implementation
You support users with your expertise - remotely as well as occasionally on site
You take on tasks in incident and change management, including 2nd-level support
You conduct rollouts and training for new or revised IT applications
Qualifications:
You have an IT education and proven knowledge in Microsoft technologies as well as in virtualisation solutions such as VMware or Citrix
You bring team spirit and service orientation - customer satisfaction is your priority
A driving licence is advantageous for flexible on-site assignments
You communicate confidently in German, both within the team and with customers
