Who we are
We are a committed research and teaching department for Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Our orientation is academically demanding and practically relevant. Our team participates in the scientific discourse through conference attendance and publications. Through our continuing education programmes as well as projects and events for science and practice, we promote entrepreneurship and are an active institution in the Bernese ecosystem.
Tasks
- Development and implementation of the dissertation project with the aim of presenting and publishing findings
- Cooperation in an internationally oriented research team
- Presentation and publication of developed research results
- Support of teaching activities at Bachelor and Master level
- Cooperation with doctoral candidates
- Collaboration at the interface of science and practice
Your profile
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in the field of Business Administration or related humanities or social science disciplines
- Interest in empirical research in the department-specific subject areas
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High reliability, independence, efficiency and flexibility
- Structured and conscientious way of working
