To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and technically skilled individual in the field of VoIP and 3CX telephony. In this varied position, you will support our customers from consulting through implementation to ongoing support of modern communication solutions. The role particularly involves managing 3CX telephone systems, which combine functions such as VoIP telephony, video conferencing, chat and mobile communication.

Your responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers as well as consulting existing customers in the field of 3CX telephony
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable communication solutions
• Coordination and execution of number porting
• Installation, configuration and commissioning of 3CX telephone systems
• Setup and configuration of SIP trunks and telephony infrastructures
• Installation and setup of physical IP phones and headsets
• Carrying out maintenance work, updates and system optimisations
• Technical support for customers by phone, remote maintenance or on site
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification in the area of VoIP and telephony
• Documentation of customer environments and projects

 Your profile:

• Completed training in IT, telecommunications or comparable qualification
• Experience in VoIP, SIP or telephony solutions is an advantage
• Knowledge of 3CX telephone systems is desirable
• Basic knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, firewall, VLAN, routing)
• Independent and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and advisory activities
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Independent and structured working style
• Good social skills, friendly, confident manner, helpful and open personality
• Fluent in German / Swiss German
