ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Individual IT solutions for SMEs - this is the core competence of our Rocken partner. As an IT service provider, they support companies of various sizes with customised concepts: from infrastructure to cloud solutions to ERP systems and automation. The scope of activities includes IT support, consulting, security solutions as well as the setup and maintenance of complete IT landscapes. Individual advice is central - no off-the-shelf standard solutions. The working method is pragmatic and customer-oriented. Complex requirements are solved with experience and expertise. Are you ready to accompany companies holistically in their digital development? Our Rocken partner is looking for reinforcement for their well-coordinated team.Responsibilities:
- You set up complete IT infrastructures and ensure their maintenance
- You advise your customers on new acquisitions and prepare quotations
- You are the main contact person for all IT questions of your key customers
- You manage technical and business aspects of customer projects
- You support your customers on-site and/or via remote maintenance
- You optimise existing solutions and actively contribute new ideas
Qualifications:
- You have a completed vocational training as a platform developer EFZ (system technology) or a comparable qualification or a comparable degree in computer science
- You have at least two years of professional experience in IT
- You bring solid, practical expertise in the areas of network (Windows), IT support as well as Windows client and server operating systems
- You have very good German skills (native language) and good English skills
- You hold a category B driving licence
