The association with around 120 employees in Lindau, Lausanne, Bern and Cadenazzo connects various actors through its agronomic and methodological expertise and realises courses, projects, publications and software in strong partnerships. These activities will inspire you

• Organising courses professionally: From planning to follow-up, you coordinate our further education and ensure a smooth process. 
• Targeted quality development: You evaluate assessments, identify potential for improvement and specifically incorporate the findings into our course offerings. 
• Co-designing digital learning formats: You support specialists in developing e-learning courses and new learning formats and translate suitable ideas into attractive learning offers.
• Connecting team & knowledge: You work closely with the team on projects and joint tasks, support implementation and ensure that knowledge and experiences are shared and made usable for the organisation.

This is what sets you apart

• Experience in organising further education, courses or projects and enjoyment in reliably bringing together different tasks.
• A structured, independent and service-oriented way of working – even when several topics are running simultaneously.
• Interest in adult education and digital learning formats as well as confident use of digital tools. Experience in knowledge management is a plus.
• Clear and friendly communication with different stakeholders as well as very good German and good French.
