Your tasks
- You master demanding customer conversations and are in direct contact with customers daily at the counter, by phone or by email.
- You maintain and coordinate contact with tax clients, authorities as well as representatives.
- You process deadline extensions, instalment payment and deferral requests as well as changes to advance payment invoices.
- You are open to taking on additional tasks.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the tax sector, or are willing to train and further educate yourself in taxation.
- You have experience in customer contact and present yourself calmly, confidently and assuredly.
- You are IT-savvy, resilient and work independently as well as reliably.
- You communicate confidently, correctly and appropriately in German, both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
