Your area of responsibility

Business Development, Acquisition & Build-up

• Consistent expansion of our private banking business in Zurich with a focus on growth, new money, and new business opportunities
• Systematic acquisition of wealthy private clients as well as development of own acquisition initiatives
• Identification and recruitment of successful client advisors to strengthen our Zurich team
• Building and further developing a strong network with intermediaries, cooperation partners, and relevant multipliers
• Identification and development of strategic opportunities such as cooperations, team additions, and potential company acquisitions
• Active participation in the commercial, personnel, and strategic development of the Zurich location as well as market representation
• Leadership and coordination of the Zurich team in close collaboration with management and the Basel location

Relationship Management

• Building and managing your own high-quality client portfolio
• Comprehensive and long-term advisory of wealthy private clients with high advisory and service quality

Your profile

You are an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded private banking professional with a strong client focus, an extensive network, and enthusiasm for developing new business opportunities.

• Several years of successful experience in Swiss private banking with proven track record in acquiring wealthy private clients
• Proven experience in managing own client portfolios, transferable book of business is an advantage
• Strong personal network as well as pronounced talent for acquisition, relationship building, and developing new business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to approach successful client advisors and win them over for a shared entrepreneurial perspective
• Leadership personality with confident, credible appearance and strong team orientation
• High client orientation and identification with the values and long-term advisory approach of an independent asset manager
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
