In this role, you will help shape how Sympany establishes the inventory of its system and process landscape as a genuine tool and control instrument. You are the driving force behind the development and operationalisation of the new tool landscape. To ensure everything works together, you will actively drive the integration with adjacent systems and automate the inventory where it makes sense. Architecture & Process Repository Specialist (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Configuring and parameterising the platform for Enterprise Architecture Management: metamodel, object types, relationships, attributes, views, and workflows
- Driving the automation of data collection as far as reasonably possible to keep the inventory of the application landscape up to date with minimal manual effort
- Developing and configuring interfaces to adjacent systems
- Supporting process owners in the process portal with modelling conventions, templates, and guidelines, as well as conducting training for both platforms
- Operating both platforms, managing the remaining manual data collection, and ensuring data quality together with the business units and IT
What sets you apart:
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You understand enterprise architecture and the interrelationships in the model: how processes, business capabilities, applications, interfaces, data objects, and providers interact. And you make this understandable to others.
- You have configured a repository for architecture or processes yourself: metamodel, attributes, views, and workflows. Experience with common tools for Enterprise Architecture Management such as ADOIT, Ardoq, BiZZdesign, or LeanIX is a plus.
- You have connected data sources via standard integrations and APIs such as REST or GraphQL and prefer to replace manual data maintenance with automation.
- You empower users with training and guidelines and enjoy working interdisciplinarily.
- You communicate confidently at various levels: technically in detail with IT, clearly and professionally with the business.
- You work in a structured and quality-oriented manner and have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
