We are looking for a
Catering Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the entire operational planning and implementation of our catering orders in coordination with the Sales, Logistics and Kitchen departments
- You plan personnel, materials, logistics and processes for our events and take on the event management on site throughout Switzerland
- You coordinate the collaboration between kitchen, production, logistics and catering and ensure a smooth process as well as compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
- You lead and coordinate the catering staff operationally and ensure clear responsibilities and efficient processes
- You continuously develop our catering processes with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and costs
Your profile
- You have experience in catering, event gastronomy or a comparable operational role
- You have proven experience in planning, organising and executing large events and feel comfortable even at demanding events
- You are an organisational talent, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several simultaneous orders
- You have a good business understanding, are numerically inclined and have experience with budget responsibility
- You are a assertive yet team-oriented personality who motivates employees and keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- You have good MS Office skills, experience with software for goods procurement, hold a category B driving licence and are willing to travel throughout Switzerland
