We are looking for a motivated HR specialist to lead the HR department including payroll.

Your tasks

• Management of the HR department including payroll
• Responsible for payroll
• Conduct hiring process through onboarding
• Manage contract administration (trilingual)
• Responsible for legal matters in the personnel area
• Personnel development
• Responsible for the implementation of HR applications in IT systems
• Organisation of personnel events
• Fleet management of company vehicles
• Prepare reporting for management / sales management

Your profile

• HR and/or business administration training with experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of payroll, Swiss social security system and Swiss labour law
• Excellent German skills, enthusiasm for foreign languages (French and Italian)
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g. BC SwissSalary, Refline)
• Service-oriented and communicative leadership personality
• Independent and responsible person
